INBODY 270
The InBody 270 provides accurate and detailed information about the amount and distribution of your lean mass, fat mass, and water mass. This machine calculates your Basal Metabolic Rate, a measure of your daily energy requirements which allow for personalized nutrition recommendations.
CAROTID INTIMA MEDIA THICKNESS (CIMT)

The CIMT test measures any thickening of the carotid artery and any plaque deposits that may be present. CIMT received a higher level of recommendation in the 2010 American College of Cardiology Foundation/American Heart Association (ACCF/AHA) guidelines than many other widely used tests.
ARTERIAL THICKNESS

SphygmoCor® is considered a Gold Standard technology for assessing the shape of the pulse and the stiffness of the arteries at a person’s heart, providing critical information on cardiovascular health that cannot be obtained from the standard arm blood pressure measurements. SphygmoCor is currently deployed in over 4500 hospital, clinician, research, and specialist practices worldwide and has been the subject of over 1000 studies and publications.
ENDOTHELIAL FUNCTION (VENDYS2)

Endothelial Function reflects the ability of the endothelium (thin membrane that lines the inside of the heart and blood vessels) to adequately perform its physiological roles including, vascular tone, blood flow, immune cell activity and adhesion, all of which play a role in regulating blood pressure and flow dynamics. The Vendys2 test is a simple, non-invasive digital thermal monitoring technique that evaluates Endothelial Function and provides insights into cardiovascular disease risk.
LUNG FUNCTION (SPIROMETRY)

Spirometry is the most common test to measure lung function and specifically looks at the volumes and speed of air that can be inhaled and exhaled. Further evaluation of these markers can be used to identify conditions of the lungs such as asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, cystic fibrosis, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
V02MAX AND STRESS ECG

VO2Max is the best single measure of aerobic fitness and a powerful predictor of long-term health-related quality of life. The test is administered by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, in conjunction with a Stress ECG to further assess cardiovascular health.
