Comprehensive Health Exam
​The Comprehensive Health Examination includes a structured history, physical examination and panel of tests and investigations conducted by a qualified and experienced physician and a multidisciplinary team of licensed healthcare professionals that may include a Naturopathic Doctor.
The purpose of this exam is to identify preventable or modifiable lifestyle and medical health risk factors including biomarkers of cardiometabolic hormone balance and cellular aging. The duration of this exam is approximately 5.5 hours.
Precision Preventive Programs
Our personalized Precision Preventive Programs are designed to enhance, monitor, and be adjusted to ensure maximum health benefits. They include both in-person and virtual clinical support throughout the year, serving the needs of our clients in the Greater Toronto Area and other regions of Canada.


These Programs incorporate precisely chosen medicines, therapies and customized lifestyle advice based entirely on the information gathered during your Comprehensive Health Exam or Health Assessment.

The Vitality & Longevity Program is the most comprehensive option, combining advanced diagnostics, ongoing medical assessments, and personalized care. It includes triannual lab tests, annual advanced cardiovascular scans, and full access to nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coaching.
Clients receive tailored supplement and prescription recommendations, and ongoing support such as telemedicine, concierge referrals, and continuous coaching for stress, sleep, detox, and exercise. This program is designed to optimize long-term health, performance, and aging well.

Preventive Health Program
The Preventive Health Program focuses on early detection and ongoing monitoring to safeguard long-term health. Patients benefit from triannual lab tests and reviews, annual medical assessments, and cardiovascular screenings like ECGs, endothelial function, and arterial stiffness tests.
It also provides telemedicine support, concierge referrals, and personalized supplement protocols to stay ahead of emerging health concerns. This program is designed for those seeking consistent preventive care and personalized medical oversight.

Hormone Program
The Hormone Program provides targeted support for individuals managing hormonal health and related conditions. It includes triannual labs, personalized hormone prescriptions, pharmaceutical-grade supplements, and structured reviews of progress, goals, and vital signs.
Patients also receive comprehensive medical assessments, lab panels, and ongoing physician oversight to ensure balance and improvement. This program is ideal for those experiencing hormone-related symptoms such as fatigue, menopause, or metabolic issues, and looking for expert, tailored care.
Open Access Services
Open Access Services offer preventive treatments available to all, including your friends and family. These are pay-per-service options that allow you to access specific services without enrolling in a DeerFields Precision Preventive NPR Program.

In the private sector you get what you pay for. In the public sector you pay taxes for access to a waitlist rather than real medical care. Deerfields is probably one of the best clinics money can buy in Canada. The staff is awesome, the doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go the extra mile each time. For what you get it’s extremely underpriced.
