Mitch Santos is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical practice and project management. With over a decade of expertise, Mitch has worked at several leading cardiac and executive health clinics in the Greater Toronto Area, as a Certified Cardiac Technologist.  After dedicating several years to further her skills and education, she successfully completed her registration as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with The College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).

 

In addition to her clinical training, Mitch holds a triple-accredited Master of Business Administration Degree from Aston University in England, graduating with distinction. At DeerFields, her diverse background uniquely enables her to blend her clinical and business acumen enhancing her ability to support her team to provide exceptional patient care while also contributing valuable insights to healthcare management and the strategic direction of the clinic.
