Colleen is a massage therapy Humber Polytechnic graduate (2012) and a manual osteopathic practitioner from the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy (2021).

She began her career treating musculoskeletal dysfunctions and has since expanded her focus to include visceral (organ), craniosacral, and joint mobilization techniques. Colleen integrates specialized techniques such as PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), MET (Muscle Energy Technique), and LAS (Ligamentous Articular Strain) and incorporates eye movement to enhance neuromuscular engagement—recognizing how gaze direction can influence mobility and body awareness.

Her treatments aim to restore function, reduce pain, and promote whole-body balance through mindful manual therapy and movement integration.
