With approximately four years of experience and a diverse background in clinic coordination and medical office administration, she excels in managing billing inquiries and coordinating various patient care processes as the Senior Medical Coordinator at DeerFields Clinic. Neha is dedicated to enhancing patient experiences and driving efficiency within the clinic.
Paul Hussey
Client Experience Supervisor
Paul graduated from Humber College in Toronto with an Advanced Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy in 2016 and is well versed in anatomy, physiology and neurology. As a Program Coordinator at Deerfields Clinic, Paul primarily coordinates appointments and manages schedules for clients and team members.
Other duties include managing client portfolios to ensure all information is up to date and in accordance with their roadmap based on where the client is in their respective programs.
Marlene Fortuna
Program Coordinator
With 18 years of experience in office administration, Marlene developed a great understanding of client care management. Over the years, Marlene developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills while working in fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, she's passionate about cooking and baking, always experimenting with new recipes. She also love spending time outdoors, whether it's camping or hiking, and enjoy taking her kids to their sports activities. In her downtime she enjoy spending time with her family or watching documentaries.

Medical Coordinator
Crystal is a graduate of George Brown College's Medical Office Administration program with experience providing compassionate and efficient patient care in busy medical clinics.
She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for patients and supporting the healthcare team. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her loved ones and binge-watching movies and TV shows.
