Dr. Randolph P. Knipping has over 25 years of experience in clinical practice ranging from aerospace, emergency, forensic, occupational, preventive and integrative medicine. Dr. Knipping completed advanced training in Age Management Medicine to enable him to provide the best in preventive care to his patients. He has authored over 100 original publications and has been recognized for his research in neuroendocrinology, molecular genetics and leukemia.
Dr. Knipping has pursued a wide and varied career, holding several prestigious professional appointments. His prior positions include: Chief of Emergency Medicine at Trillium Health Centre (1991-1995); Medical Support Specialist for the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (1999-2006); Coroner for the Province of Ontario (2004-2008); and Founding Medical Director of the Cleveland Clinic in Canada (2006-2008). Dr. Knipping continues to practice emergency medicine at a community hospital.
Dr. Knipping received his BSc (Honours Biology) summa cum laude from McMaster in 1981, where he published two scientific papers in Neuroendocrinology as an undergraduate student. He obtained his MD from the University of Toronto in 1985, earning the highest academic standing in the final year of medical school, and then completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of Western Ontario in 1986.
Dr. Knipping has accumulated extensive postgraduate training in human performance psychology, including Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy training at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto and more than 10 years of formal meditation training with two meditation masters.
Currently Dr. Knipping is completing his Graduate Certificate in Integrative Medicine and Master of Science Degree in Integrative Medicine with the Metabolic Medicine Institute and The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington DC. He is Board Eligible for the American Board of Integrative Medicine, which is a recognized specialty with the American Board of Physician Specialists and hopes to complete this training by the end of 2016.
In addition to his DeerFields practice, Dr. Knipping has a passion for aviation, serving as senior aviation medical examiner for the US Federal Aviation Administration and Transport Canada, and as Affiliate Physician for Virgin Galactic performing pre-flight examinations for commercial astronauts. Dr. Knipping pioneered a novel Cognitive Meditation Training (CMT) program for pilots, air traffic controllers and executives and has been employed by a number of flight departments and airlines to manage post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) including Air France Flight 358 2005, Nimrod CIAS Crash 1995, Ornge Helicopter Crash 2013, MNR Helicopter Crash 2003 and most recently, the Air Canada Crash in Halifax NS 2015. He was interviewed by CNN News Anchor Brooke Baldwin out of New York three times in March and April 2015 as a world expert on stress and human performance psychology after the German Air Suicide/Homicide crash; the interviews attracted an audience of more than 4.5 million and earned him significant public and professional acclaim.

Dr. Davis is excited by her journey in women’s health, taking her experience with traditional medical practice and applying integrative medicine to the management of women with complex hormonal needs.
Dr. Victoria Davis settled in Toronto after completing a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto. Prior to this Dr. Davis received her MSc. in reproductive biology at the University of McMaster and MD at the University of Western Ontario. Further education includes an International Fellowship in pediatric and adolescent gynecology, minimally invasive surgery, and pelvic floor surgery Dr. Davis is also a certified North American menopause practitioner and is currently enrolled in a fellowship in metabolic and nutritional Medicine.
Dr. Davis has authored and co-authored several Canadian guidelines for the Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Canada (SOGC) on Contraception, Rights of the Mature Minor, Female Genital Cutting, Contraception, Lesbian Health (reprinted in the British Medical Journal) and others. Publications include research papers, educational pieces and book chapters. Research areas include infertility, early pregnancy, management of pediatric ovarian cysts and pediatric vulvar pathology. Dr. Davis has presented nationally and internationally on a myriad of topics in women’s health ranging from pediatrics through to menopausal conditions. Dr. Davis answered monthly questions on obstetrics and gynecology for the Canadian Journal of Diagnosis from 2005 to 2014.
Dr. Davis has been on staff at Toronto East General (1990 – 2000), the Hospital for Sick Children (1990 – 2004), and is currently on staff at the Scarborough Hospital (2007) and Peterborough Regional Health Centre (2005). Dr. Davis has also been on staff at the Toronto Centre for Advance Reproductive Technology (TCART) and IVF Canada. Between the years of 1998 and 2007, Dr. Davis was the Medical Director for Organon Canada, a Dutch based pharmaceutical company. In 2016, Dr. Davis joined DeerFields Clinic.
Dr. Davis has been the director for the Scarborough Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Care Centre since 2008 and participates in running an Ontario under-serviced clinic in Peterborough. Dr. Davis’ interests include art, animals, second hand stores, feminism, cooking, exercise, meditation, and the pursuit of inner happiness.
Dr. Davis is excited by her new journey in women’s health, taking her experience with traditional medical practice and now applying integrative medicine to the management of women with complex hormonal needs. The application of an integrated approach to the management of fibroids, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), infertility, menstrual disorders and mature women’s health will not only improve these conditions but also optimize healthy aging.
